Tents

Rewind is back but, as David Bowie sang, there are a few ‘ch-ch-ch-ch-changes’ for 2025.
Rewind South in its full glory will take place, as usual, at Temple Island Meadows in Henley-on-Thames from Friday 15 to Sunday 17 August with a line-up to be announced in the New Year.
Rewind South will also see a full schedule of acts for the Pink Flamingo and River Stage, the return of the Silent Disco, ‘When Nature Calls,’ funfair rides, kid-zone with entertainment for the little Rewinders, shops and stalls for jewellery, t-shirts, food and drink, plus all your usual camping requirements. Early bird tickets will be on sale at 09:00, Friday 18 October.
And… drumroll please… 2025 sees the launch of Rewind Dreamland in Margate, Kent as a one-day event on Saturday 14 June, and over in Ireland we’ll be partying with Rewind Dublin on Sunday 1 June and Rewind Cork on Saturday 21 June. Full line-ups to all the Rewind shows above will be announced very soon – we promise we won’t 'Keep You Hangin’ On' for long!
Unfortunately Rewind Scotland is taking a sabbatical next year, (but watch out for future announcements) and Rewind North will also not take place in 2025. Capesthorne Hall have undertaken a review of their events and wedding business strategy and decided that, due to an upturn in the demand for wedding bookings in July and August, they can no longer be a home for Rewind or any large-scale camping Festivals for 2025 or the foreseeable future.
We know many of you will be disappointed with this news, but we’re sure you’ll join us in thanking Scone Palace in Perth and Capesthorne Hall in Macclesfield for their hospitality and support over the past, fantastic Rewind years.
Keep an eye out for ticket news, updates and more announcements – and keep those big, wonderful Rewind smiles for us all to see next year!

Thoroughly enjoyed Rewind Scotland from the very beginning to last year 2024 & absolutely devastated there isn't going to be one this year …….anywhere in Scotland.
Just seen the news that there won't be a Rewind North in 2025 (or for the foreseeable future). Hopefully another venue can be found in the North West so that Rewind North can resume in 2026. Capesthorne Hall must be making a killing from weddings if they can afford to replace the revenue from a weekend festival with a wedding.
I'm loving the fact that there's rarely much of a queue now as you've seen sense to let them in rather than let the queue get miles long. Weather this year was spot on, nobody minds rain in the night, great bands as always great people and no trouble. All in all a lovely weekend with friends and family. Thanks to all the staff and volunteers that make the weekend so enjoyable, roll on 2025.
First time my wife and I have been, will definitely be coming next year. I read a lot of reviews and you cant please all of the people all of the time. Really good mix of music, Good choice of food outlets but a little expensive. Nice to see a varied selection of beers rather than just the usual one lager and one cider like a lot of other festivals. Average price I thought for that type of event. I would have given it 5 stars apart from one gripe, why oh why do us campervan dwellers have to pay 120 quid for nothing extra that tent dwellers gets, makes no sense. One thing that was nice was that as we were so far away from the actual festival in the campervan field was that we could stroll up the river bank to get in rather than through all the various other camp fields.
First time at Rewind. Here with 2 youngsters (12 & 15) who also thoroughly enjoyed it. Good variety of music acts that were great to watch. Silent disco played some bangers. Bandeoke in the tent was good fun with done very talented festival goers. Toilets were clean and well maintained. Only downside was lack of phone connectivity (seems to be norm at festivals) and number of showers. Will defo go again next year!
I have been going to Rewind for many years, over 10 I think and in all the time I have gone along I have never had a queuing experience like the one this year. We arrived in good time prior to the event arena opening and were met with a queue the length of the car park. We thought this would reduce once the gates were open but this was not the case and ended up standing in a queue for an hour to get to the entrance. The queue just became longer and longer and snaked round the car park field as more people joined. There were really not sufficient staff on the gates checking bags / tickets etc. The weather was very hot too so standing without shade for this long did concern me as we had 3x 13 years olds with us. Once in the event was wonderful, the acts were great and the atmosphere was fantastic as it always is! On leaving we had a similar experience with no control in the car park meaning that it was an every car for yourself experience so we waited another hour to leave after the event. It would have been helpful if marshalls could have helped the traffic flow and exit but they were only 2 right at the exit from the car park which wasn't sufficient.
I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. First time at a festival and hadn't camped for 20 years!! Everything was so well organised. Toilets were clean and well attended (was one of my biggest worries beforehand!) Everything was laid out so well - it did not feel over crowded despite the huge number of people. The acts were amazing. The only disappointment was the Jacksons. They were not good. I feel a tribute band would have done a much better set! I will be returning - it really was fab!
As a driver with a physical disability who has a blue badge, I was disappointed on Monday to see a huge number of cars move closer to the entrance to park their cars than campers with a blue badge. We had to negotiated our trolleys around cars moving wherever they liked and parked with no consideration for others and we struggled on rough ground as it is. Yes it's my choice not to camp in accessible camping, as I want to camp with friends but please consider letting people with blue badges to park even closer, stopping others on Monday moving forward and taking over the space.
We took our camper van for the first time and was very disappointed with the whole experience. We paid £231 to park in a field after waiting for 3 hours in a holding queue. We were pitched next to the generator so hot no sleep and the toilets and showers were in adequate to say the least. Not enough and not well kept. The most disturbing event was lack of security as on the final night a drunk driver was driving his camper around the top of the site crashing into a post. Let alone what he could have done. To say I won't be camping next year is an understatement.
